Nonnie's Chicken
Ingredients
3-5 uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast
1cup(s),dried plain breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons of grated parmesan
1 egg(s) beaten with salt and pepper
4Tbsp canola oil (cover the bottom of pan)
Optional Fresh Parsley chopped finely mix with the bread and cheese
lemon(s)
Instructions

Cut chicken breast in thin slices either thirds or halves and soak in egg with salt and pepper 10-30 min

Create a dish with your bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese; and then dredge each piece of chicken through bread crumbs

Heat oil in a frying pan, brown chicken breast and thoroughly cook to firm. Brown each side

Place browned chicken on paper towels to soak up any oil, layer paper towels, between chicken. Cut chicken at a diagonal to be sure everything is thoroughly cooked.

Serve with wedges of lemon, to squeeze fresh lemon juice on your chicken.
